Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, plan status, usage limits, and support messages. We also collect workspace data that you choose to submit, including product names, markets, languages, audiences, tones, selling points, prompts, generated drafts, and saved draft metadata.
When you subscribe, Paddle may process payment details, billing address, tax details, transaction identifiers, receipts, refund requests, and subscription status. SellerPilot SEA does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide the workspace, generate and save drafts, enforce usage limits, authenticate users, process subscriptions through Paddle, reconcile billing status, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage and improve features, prompts, plan design, and reliability.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, database, AI generation, payment processing, analytics, email, security, and support tools. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
AI providers may receive prompt and brief content needed to generate drafts. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential trade secrets, or content you are not allowed to process through third-party AI services.
Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, language preference, security, session management, checkout continuity, and basic service analytics. Some cookies are required for the service to work.
Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers, payment processors, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.
Retention and security
We keep account, billing, usage, and saved draft data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. You may request deletion where applicable.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
