Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, using the workspace, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of service. If you use SellerPilot SEA for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

SellerPilot SEA is operated by Hangzhou Pince Technology Co., Ltd. These terms form an agreement between you and Hangzhou Pince Technology Co., Ltd. for your use of SellerPilot SEA.

SellerPilot SEA provides AI-assisted marketplace content workflows for teams selling on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. These terms apply to the website, application, APIs, generated drafts, billing tools, and related support.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. SellerPilot SEA can help draft listings, captions, hooks, and keyword packs, but it does not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, sales performance, or legal compliance for your products.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan shown at checkout. Paddle may act as the merchant of record for card and local payment method transactions, collect taxes where applicable, and provide receipts, invoices, subscription management, and refund handling.

All subscription billing is handled through Paddle checkout.

Acceptable use

You must not use SellerPilot SEA to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content, or to bypass marketplace rules, sanctions, export controls, payment rules, or platform policies.

You must not interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, scrape at unreasonable scale, resell access without permission, or submit prompts or data that you do not have the right to use.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to product information, prompts, briefs, and other content that you submit. Subject to your plan and these terms, you may use generated drafts for your own marketplace operations after reviewing them.

SellerPilot SEA, its software, interface, workflows, brand assets, templates, and service design remain owned by SellerPilot SEA or its licensors. Feedback may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or AI providers as the product evolves. We aim to provide reliable service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, abuses refunds, or fails to pay required fees.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that generated content is error-free, complete, suitable for every marketplace, or compliant with every jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellerPilot SEA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, marketplace penalties, or business interruption.
